Our Story
Gana Hospice Inc. is dedicated to provide compassionate care and outstanding services. We offer a patient centered approach that treats the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of the patient and family. To make that happen, we surround the entire family with an interdisciplinary team that specialize in end-of-life care.
Medica
Gana Hospice Inc. is dedicated to provide compassionate care and outstanding services. We offer a patient centered approach that treats the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of the patient and family. To make that happen, we surround the entire family with an interdisciplinary team that specialize in end-of-life care.
Medical Director
Oversees pain and symptom management of patients. Consults with attending Physician when needed.
Nurse Case Manager
Provides hands-on physical care to ease symptoms and provide comfort for the patient. Coordinates care with the hospice team.
Hospice Aide
Provides comfort measures for patient and personal care such as bathing and grooming.
Medical Social Worker
Helps bridge emotional gaps, and links family with community resources. Also assists with end-of-life.
Spiritual Care Coordinator
Helps with spiritual needs as requested by the patients and family, also offers bereavement.

Who Can Refer?
Anyone can refer patient to Hospice. Our hospice Agency will work with you and your physician or the hospice physician to coordinate care.
Where Can I Receive Services?
Hospice patients are cared for in their homes, bored and care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and contracted inpatient hospital settings.
Who Pays for Hospice?
Medicare, Medical, and most private health insurance companies.
